One in 3.5 people on the Internet are no-information based auto-ragers, by this single post impromptu soc-science study. This is grossly higher than the offline populace at large, where rage disorders tend to be about 1 in 25.
We should abuse this statistic for all it's worth, and I am fine with you accepting the Nobel Prize when it comes to that.
The Internet, like any tool, magnifies what you put into it. The Internet may make the stupid stupider and the intellectually lazy lazier, but once in a while a smart person uses the Internet to make himself or herself smarter.
