1) The moral of this film is "Consumerism is the same as Christianity."
2) The main character is the jewiest Jew that ever jewed on St. Jew's Day, and yet we're supposed to believe that he, too, comes around to understand that celebrating Christmas exactly the way a white middle class family would is way to salvation.
I actually didn't hate this clip, I was mostly fascinated on how they shot around people who couldn't dance. They have two clearly professional dancers that are usually in the back rather than the front.
At some point, I noticed the black squares on the ground- they just left their marks there?
Even though I'm not shitting on this clip, I'm assuming that this is the climax/best part of this movie and the rest is a whole bunch of garbage.
Most of the movie involves Kirk Cameron becoming disgusted by the commercialization of Christmas as his dipshit cousin ruins everyone's Christmas fun.
Then they celebrate their newfound hatred of commercialism by pandering as much as possible to the audience they hope will give them tons of money! Which did not happen.
