So yeah, basically imagine the Onion posing as a Chinese telecom conglomerate made an action film. pared down it would simply be a low-grade action whatever film, but long weird scenes about the glory of Chinese telecom and waving a Chinese flag in order to stop warring African factions, and the subplot about American telecom trying to stop 3G deployment in Africa, it's all just so. fucking. weird.
