Remember when PETA made a paradoy version of Cooking Mama? This feels like the same aesthetic. Like, cutesy cartoon animal lib but for the extinction is forever part of the movement.

We've pretty much passed the turning point. We're just freefalling off the cliff now.

Man that song.. Its like the musical equivalent of a blank piece of white paper or something.

The part that keeps me up at night is that one morning the planet is going to say to 8 billion people:

"I can only feed a half billion of you. The rest will starve."

You wanna know what those people will do to each other to get that food for themselves and their families? Interestingly enough this has happened to human civilizations in the past on a smaller scale. And it was NOT a pretty sight. Every once in awhile somebody will dig up a site of an ancient massacre where bodies were just smashed to pieces. Even after they were dead their assailants continued to wail on them. More or less because 'this guy had food and I didn't. And I HATE him.' Starving people would just gang up on the remaining settlements during these famines and tear the residents apart. That's what a human being is. All fine and good until you start taking things away. Then the fact that we are particularly violent natured primates asserts itself...
