There were a lot of people in Russia they could have been representing too in 1986. A bear being carried around by moose and all that.

It could also represent people being forced to carry others against their will under communism, so it could go both ways. 5 stars because mooses will always rock.
Who cares what it represents. It was a neat cartoon.
