The actual story: People have been giving ted shit because he not only is a fucking awful Mayor but he continually goes out to eat with tons of his rich buddies and none of them observe proper plague etiquette. Ted deserves to have his teeth kicked in.

Nothing Ive seen indicates the guy he sprayed was an anti-masker, but I'm open to be wrong about it. The story would simply have one more asshole in it.

here's what i heard on the grapevine about the guy he sprayed:
"he's apparently an heir to Alpenrose Dairy, he is also an attorney apparently with a weird history of kind of stalking Ted Wheeler, like trying to obtain restaurant surveillance of him & meal receipts & stuff. So people keep joke calling him the 'dairy heir'."
