Fish no like boat.

Some people in the comments make a reasonable point that this is actually a blue whale chasing the wakes of these boats because they stir up fish.

If you watch the whale it tends to move towards the boats rather than away from them, and apparently this is a small bay where blue whales would typically not bother to hunt.
