Memes are just jokes. There are good jokes and bad jokes, there always have been, what's the fucking problem? You know, when a joke doesn't land with you, you don't to take it as a personal affront. I learned this from years of watching Mystery Science Theater, where a lot of the jokes barely qualify as jokes. Let the bad jokes pass right by without expending any effort, and you'll enjoy the good ones a whole lot more.
