Pro wrestling is a super popular niche. It's an extended family for outcasts and there's a lot of acceptance to be found in the fan community. It's interactive theater where the crowd is one of the show's characters. You don't have to like it, because there will always be odd folk like myself who catch the pro wrestling bug.

I go to local amateur professional wrestling matches because it's good clean fun. Sadly Seattle's local circuit got KO'd by COVID.
