You know, done correctly something like this would be fun. But I would make it more like a Deep Space Nine sort of thing where you live in a dingy cabin and Vic Fontaine shows up every 20 minutes to take you on a holo lounge singer adventure with an aged Lwaxana Troi lookalike who constantly rubs up against you with her flabby thighs.

Meerkat - 2021-12-08 Actually you could have a sort of crossover with Disney properties where you'd have a bar called "Quacks" because then you could just have a bunch of Donald Ducks serving drinks instead of having to pay top dollar for Armin Shimerman.
The security guard would be named OdoRR and would present himself accompanied by His Many Smells.
You could have a bunch of "ships" "docking" and then various costumed freaks would roam around making people vaguely uncomfortable.

Being on a military ship is not fun. We don't have bars and singers. You work, sleep, eat, and repeat. It's Groundhogs Day. Being in space wouldn't be any better. It would be more Red Dwarf than Star Wars.
