David Letterman rarely stars in films. I think this is one of only two or three films Letterman has ever been in, at least where he doesn't play himself. It's a pity, because he's a good actor.

I remember when he'd throw up the "Would you like to buy a monkey?" clip at the slightest provocation. It's a good clip.
