Better question: how the hell can I get in on providing capital? Even with a massive 25% rate of default, I'd make out like a SEX BANDIT!
Think about the sort of person this commercial is targeting with the "Nobody would lend me money, NOT EVEN MY FAMILY!" line, and it becomes clear who would go into a 99.25% APR.
