Best thing MTV ever did after the good cartoons and puppet shows were gone was the 'True Life' episode with the cosmetic surgery subjects. It was worth it just to see the fratboy beach-dick in agony after getting his calf implants, and the dumb girls who after their painful nose jobs were still too self-conscious to send their professionally shot photos in to Playboy.

My favorite part of that show was when he made his club debut and they asked his friends what they thought. One gay summed it up perfectly - "He got leg titties"
