I've seen Manowar live once. They weren't bad, but certainly nothing amazing.

The first time I saw manowar it was totally ridiculous and the show was filled with people like this, but all American and in their 30s and telling about how they'd broken up with their girlfriends to go see manowar play. That show was completely awesome.

The second time I saw manowar the crowd was full of people there to see like Rhapsody and shit and it was lame.

I watched Heavy Metal Parking Lot just after this video. The US metal fans are an order of magnitude less coherent than the Europeans...and in their own language! 'The Economist' had a global secondary education survey this week that shows the US, yet again, at the bottom of the industrial world in math, science, reading, etc., just inching its way above Mexico in most subjects. These two videos are the dead, hard, scientific proof the study is valid.
