Sunday school anime still bugs me. I can accept that there are a lot of Japanese Christians but it just always comes off as bizarre.

This was probably the first anime I ever saw but at the time all I knew was it was one of 5 cartoons I could watch at my Grandma's house. It wasn't as cool as MASK but at least it had flashy lights and physical comedy.

I watched this show (and Flying House) when I was really young. The religious overtones didn't do anything for me because I was too distracted by my crush on Joy.
