To be fair, race had only been invented about five years previous.
That was a pretty sophisticated jew-joke, there. I liked that part, because I was expecting something different and I was pleasantly surprised.
CNR and the other regulars were always good for that. I think the whole objective of the show was to make Gene Rayburn piss himself laughing.
Now I want to see what the rest of the panel said. Did the panel ever try to work in the contestants' favor? Did the contestants ever notice that the panel was composed of smart-ass comedians?
