I really like the song. And the words. I hate the anime.

Contrary to the previous poster, I think the anime adds quite a bit to the song and the lyrics.

A 5 star production in my most humble opinion.

The singing sucked, the video sucked. An extra star for the music, which I love. There, every possible opinion is covered.

I can't remember the names of any of my elementary school pals.

Well, two or three of them I still remember, but that's it.

Japan's angst isn't any more interesting than homegrown angst.
Plus, if he has forgotten all these things, how can he tell us all about them?

Everyone who's giving this more than two stars is either joking, or SolRo or Caminante. There's no other reasonable explanation.
