Amazing musical. I hate musicals, but love Evil Dead. When I first saw it I wasn't sure how I would react, but the camp, blood and stupidity made for a great night.
I have seen this twice now in Toronto and I would see it again for sure. It helps that the Diesel Playhouse has serves beer and popcorn. Amazing to be able to get drunk in your seat and watch something like this.
I agree. I definetly would love to see this live, or undead, or whatever.
Crappy musicals ROUS? But you submitted most of the clips from that master piece Lord Of The Rings: The Musical!
I've seen this show three times. The first two times were before it went to New York, when it was in the Tranzac (which I've actually performed on) in Toronto and had no budget. It was still unbelievably awesome, and the props were always really well made. There is so much heart and wit in that play. it's a real labour of love.
Saw this twice in the past two weeks in Columbus by two different theatre groups. One doing a more full-fledged production in a theatre downtown, the other doing it more low-budget 45 miles out of town, out in the woods at night. Both were awesome in their own way.
