Ah, I miss turn-of-the-century SCAN-TV (Seattle Community Access Network), the home of Kring, Racy Traci, the "Kurt Cobain Was Murdered" guy, the dude who showed endless videos of his trip to Sturgis and the guy who smoked weed & showed hardcore porn clips.
