Jesus.

Just.....Jesus.

Cleaner82 - 2008-09-22

What a merry little fagdance!

dead_cat - 2008-09-22

TL;DR: He filed ~150 DMCA complaints (that he admits to, there may be more) against people whom he claimed were destroying his good name by making videos revealing what a lying sack of shit he is. His reasoning was that they were using either videos, clips of his videos, or still pictures of his him, and that this was infringing upon his copyright. For the record, YouTube Terms of Service says otherwise for all videos still up on his account; most of the other videos that were taken down are covered by Fair Use. There are a ton of videos about this, both by him and others, and TONS AND TONS of associated Internet Drama.

Anyway, it's starting to sound like this little shit may have set himself up for a very real perjury charge. The accountholder who is talking about taking/trying to take him to court offered instead to settle if Venomfangx would agree to a few terms.

And this is where you come in.

Dinky Patterson - 2008-09-22

He removed this from his own channel.

Knuckles - 2008-09-22

cannot bring myself to care

Xenocide - 2008-09-22

How long do you think he spent working on this?

Caminante Nocturno - 2008-09-22

Why did he paint himself up to look like Billy Idol?

Cleaner82 - 2008-09-22

Are you blind? He's supposed to be The Crow. He's avenging his um, metaphorical death.

Hay Belly - 2008-09-22

No no, I think he's trying to mimic a Krusty the Clown home video after a night of booze and Xanax.

HankFinch - 2008-09-23

um, guys?
are you serious?
It even says it in the tags!
He's made up as the christian

RocketBlender - 2008-09-22

I five star more videos that I can't finish than ones I can, it seems....

uekibachi - 2008-09-22

minus 2 for the voice. i couldn't finish this.

HarrietTubmanPI - 2008-09-22

I've never seen someone so deluded that they file a DMCA act against anyone who uses his videos to show how wrong they are and fail to address how wrong they are.

I'd rate this 10 stars if I could because if the law caught up to Hovind, it can catch up to him.

What are the chances he can actually be sent to jail for Perjury for this?

Knuckles - 2008-09-22

Perjury? From what I understand the most this dork is guilty of is filing frivolous lawsuits, hardly perjury.

I can't imagine prison for this. Look at Jack Thompson, who filed thousands of frivolous lawsuits, complaints, and obscene documents to the courts for something like two decades, and all they did was revoke his license to practice law.

dead_cat - 2008-09-22

http://www.youtube.com/copyright_complaint_form

I think I see where the perjury rumor is coming from:

"By checking the following three boxes, I state UNDER PENALTY OF PERJURY that:
* I am the owner, or an agent authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.:
* I have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
* This notification is accurate. Typing your full name in this box will act as your digital signature. *
* I understand that abuse of this tool will result in termination of my YouTube account."

Whether or not someone's lying on this form could be used to send ANYBODY to jail is, I suspect, debatable. Anybody with actual experience with copyright law wanna clear this up?

Cena_mark - 2008-09-22

He might seem crazy, but being an atheist is even crazier. Its a far greater leap of faith to believe nothing came from nothing.

Randroid - 2008-09-22

I usually enjoy your trolling but this is a bit weak.

dr_rock - 2008-09-22

Yeah, D-

IrishWhiskey - 2008-09-22

Don't you mean something came from nothing? Nothing comes from nothing all the time.

Also why is "its always been around, the chain of events can go back infinitely" an acceptable answer when mentioning where God came from, but crazy when its about the universe?

Keefu - 2008-09-22

So, I dunno. I think this whole "religious" aspect of your act is really weighing you down, cena, man.

Billie_Joe_Buttfuck - 2008-09-22

Weak.

Super weak.

It just feels like you're trying, and that's no fun whatsoever.

charmlessman - 2008-09-22

Blah blah blah, yap yap yap, platitude, meaningless drivel, invalid argument.

Failure.

StanleyPain - 2008-09-22

FAAAAAARRRRRRRRRT

Keefu - 2008-09-22

Excuse you

Mike Tyson?! - 2008-09-22

Ok I can't watch this and I've watched some terrible shit here.

Chancho - 2008-09-22

He's giving Marjorie a run for her money.

Rovin - 2008-09-22

My God. He even does the tongue-flicker facial tic thing.

The Alpha and Omega of narcissistic youtube bullshit.

chumbucket - 2008-09-22

his joker uses a yoda voice and it's more evidence of wasted energy on stuff that the rest of the world couldn't give two shits about

tamago - 2008-09-22

Anyone who actually made it through all 11 minutes of that deserves a goddamn medal. That voice was pure torture.

Keefu - 2008-09-22

It's been interesting to see this guy balloon up from just being an obnoxious dirtstached smug creationist in his first video to completely fucking gibberingly insane.

charmlessman - 2008-09-22

God, I hope this whole thing goes to court, and this video is entered into evidence. Awesome.

phalsebob - 2008-10-02

Wow. This gleeful, gibbering 'GOTCHA' moment is made fourteen times as fagalicious by the fact that he has no fucking clue what he's talking about.

I doubt it will get to court though. But if it does, both he and thunderfoot will regret it. Court is a sluggish and expensive hell for both 'winner' and loser.
