I commented on this on the other video that shows the entire exchange. They were doing the same editing on talk radio, but it was harder to tell without the visual clues because the audio is so poor. It seriously sounds like "I'm gonna get taxed more" "Because I want to redistribute the wealth!" Horrifying.

My guess is you've gleamed superficial (as in, of the surface) information from people speaking generally about the topic of the flat tax, because that is what your language indicates.
