I liked the song, so I gave translating it a try, but the end result was nowhere near usable English (first line: The gray city, slipshod and fundamentally frozen, the gray visible anger starting to fade, etc.) so I gave up on it.

Now for the bad news: The song is the main theme of Kichiku Megane (Brute Glasses), which is a Boys' Love game quite popular with Japan's fujoshi (腐女子), or female anime fans. I was enjoying the song more before I knew what context it was originally from.
