Even if it's fake, "fuck the police" is now a linked tag, and that's fantastic.

I'm pretty sure this is from Florida (Brevard County?) but I didn't want to unjustly use the "Florida" tag.

Billie_Joe_Buttfuck - 2009-01-06

'Motherfucker' tag in lieu of 'pleading the fifth'?

Hooper_X - 2009-01-06

If I swap out anything, it's to put "Florida" in. Because this is some seriously Florida shit.

Big Beef Burritos Supreme - 2009-01-06

Smooth talking

charmlessman - 2009-01-06

He wasn't motherfucking driving.

Hooper_X - 2009-01-06

"I understand that I been drivin under the motherfucking influence but I understand that I wasn't also driving. I wasn't driving."

In a just world, this guy is directly related to the masked dude from that one deposition video.

mashedtater - 2009-01-13

I mean, clearly. That woman who was sitting in his lap was driving.

buttnutt - 2009-01-06

Clearly he was misunderstood.

Rudy - 2009-01-06

I just hope this was shown in court at some point.

poopskin - 2009-01-06

needs 'ol dirty bastard' tag.

citrusmirakel - 2009-01-06

I know this is Florida, but Jesus - those are some really bad police.

Your suspect already said he was "drunk", multiple times, and yet you carry on with your silly-assed field sobriety test, after which point you tell him you want to use the breathalizer, all the while doing your crappy man-on-the-street interview, just to demonstrate for your camera that you're incompetent?

Midnight Man - 2009-01-06

There's a thing called evidence.

citrusmirakel - 2009-01-07

First of all, having your man say "hell yeah, I'm drunk" on video is evidence.

Secondly, field sobriety tests and portable breathalizers are just a way to determine if you're going to go down to the station and take the real sobriety test anyway, and they had already determined just cause for that.

Poor Excuse - 2009-01-06

For that level of aggression they would surely cuff him. I'm not convinced.

The best is after the lengthy reading of rights.

"Do you understand what I just read to you?"

"Helll Naw"

I clearly don't know enough about DUI practice. I certainly hope that this "The imaginary woman in my lap was driving and then ran off" defense is common.

Comatose2 - 2009-01-06

There's no way this is real. Those cops are WAY too tolerant. Dude would be face first on the pavement as soon as he started to approach the cameraman.

But I've been wrong before, so 4 stars for the possibility.

Hooper_X - 2009-01-06

They also explicitly say it's 1984. It was a simpler time then.

boba. - 2009-01-06

this is not insane or evil enough to be entertaining, i don't understand what all the stars are for. he's just acting like a regular drunk guy.

oogaBooga - 2009-01-07

He clearly doesn't wanna hear this shit.

mon666ster - 2009-01-07

"Hey man, my license already suspended" and "What muthafuckin' breathtest" are my new favourite quotes.

Also, as soon as they turned the video off, they beat his ass.
