When you venture into a county other than your own you run the risk of getting a ticket for the slightest hint of an infraction. I have been told by police officers, first hand, that they will pull over a car with out of county plates before one from their own county. Another big criteria for police profiling is a car that's in bad shape (body damage, cracked glass, messed up paint) because "people who are up to no good" are more likely to be driving them. So i guess if your a black guy driving a beat up car with out of county plates you might as well beat your own ass and save the cops the trouble.
