You don't often see a lot of propaganda about how the enemy can put thousands of bombers in the air and that we are powerless to stop them.

I think the point of this propaganda film is that the Allies have terrible aim, and so are unfit to be part of the master race.

This lacks a certain level of coherency that was present in the American-produced propaganda.
