I have to hand it to the writers of this show: they successfully created a menacing version of the joker that didn't actually kill anyone. I would have still preferred a TV-MA version, but whaddya gonna do?
No one onscreen anyway. They managed to get away with implying that he'd killed hundreds off people off-camera. But of course, we never see him do so.
He kills a mobster in the movie, Mask of the Phantasm.
Didn't he just lock a guy in a coffin and throw him into a vat of acid?
Notice the "he's not really dead" tag.
