Is this a bob Clampett cartoon?

MrBuddy - 2009-03-27

You can't tell? Yup, that's got Bob Clampett written all over it from start to finish. He was definitely a man with a style all his own. -1 star only because it's not the original.

B. Weed - 2009-03-27

Actually, this one's Friz Freleng remaking Clampett's Porky in Wackyland. They reuse a fair bit of Clampett's animation.

Spastic Avenger - 2009-03-27

IT was because it was in colour and some of the movements seemed a bit...off...for clampett.

oswaldtheluckyrabbit - 2009-03-27

This is basically a frame-by-frame remake of the 1938 B&W Clampett cartoon "Porky In Wackyland". I think the ending is different.

HURF BLURF DUH - 2009-03-27

Also the backgrounds are a little more overtly Dali-esque. In the original they were more toony.

StanleyPain - 2009-03-27

The world could use more cartoons like this and less animu crap.

fluffy - 2009-03-27

Tiny Toons was one long corpse-rape of this short (and the original version of this short).

Lurchi - 2009-03-27

Porky looks obscene with only his shirt on.

Billie_Joe_Buttfuck - 2009-03-27

I fucking adore this shit.

chumbucket - 2009-03-27

It Caaaan Happen Heeeere

Don't Youuuuu Belieeeeve It

Andonyx - 2009-03-27

There seems to be a strange kinship with this and Tim Shaeffer's sensibilities.

Spit Spingola - 2009-03-28

The Clampett version's better because Friz sucks at timing but five stars anyway.
