So she's asked to give a speech in front of a group of kids, presumably with the underlying sentiment being "I am the first lady, and you can achieve your own level of greatness", and then this woman is angry that Michelle Obama is talking about herself? In the beginning, she's playing the clip, and interjects with "Listen to her! It's all about her!" as Michelle is talking.

It makes me think Michelle Obama did something personally to this woman to create this sort of bitterness and rage. And I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Tammy deserved it.

Step #1: Playing a clip of a Democrat saying something–anything.

Step #2: Sputter with outrage. Or repeat the statement in a mocking voice. Or misquote the quote you just played the on air to see if anyone will notice. If they do: deny you misquoted it. Or deny you used the quote. If need be, deny that you host a talk show.

alternatively:

Step #1: Personally insult an African-American for no apparent reason.

Step #2: Go out of your way to explain how you could have insulted anyone in the same way, so it's not really racist. Elaborate on this point, preferably for a good five to ten minutes.

Step #3: Claim everyone that called you racist is racist themselves! ha! now the tables are turned!

Step #2: Receive understandably outraged on-air calls.
