Sort of. A lot of swedes think that they have solved the riddle of the universe and that everyone else is clueless. They are like a nation of private liberal arts college students all having a constant party on a rural, low crime campus unaware of how the actual world works.

Is Baleen actually Swedish, or does he just know Sweden American-style, i.e. he spent a semester there, only hung out with other American students, then came back talking about how he'd lived in Sweden and how much he loved the culture?
