She's also not really a lawyer. Technically she has the minimum qualifications to practice most forms of law in California, but she's never passed the bar and certainly isn't qualified (legally or otherwise) to bring arguments before the Supreme Court, so when that becomes more common knowledge, who knows, she might actually be thrown out of court.
