I got that they're Aussies, I meant it in a symbolic way. The blank-faced ginger girl/boy represents America's declining status among first-world nations, while Jerry represents the ever rising economic superpower China, slowly but surely buying up the US. Really, this clip should be shown in Contemporary East Asian Politics lectures.
The accent isn't easy to distinguish when it's just a few words spoken by a little girl (?!) . Plus the tags say "England". Also Australians are largely descendant from the British Isles.
