I'd eat that.
I actually subscribed to this guy's videos. He has some excellent recipes.
I've had it before, or at least some curried brain dish. TO be honest it kinda was like how I imagine curried scrambled eggs would taste. Worth trying though.
Ach that is repulsive. There is no way I'm putting curry and coriander in my mouth. Otherwise it looks tasty.
Aren't brains loaded with enough cholesterol to clog a water slide?
yep. That's why it's a delicacy.
The food of evil geniuses.
The only way this could be better is if it was served as a side with the cooked flesh of its mother.

NOM NOM NOM
For that, order the Oyako-don at any Japanese restaurant.
Damn that looks delicious.
I would absolutely give it a shot.
My only tentative rule of thumb is that I won't eat anything that could conceivably have communicated with me over the internet.
That looks tasty, but I'm never going to knowingly eat brain. Prions (misfolded proteins that turn your brain into Swiss cheese, i.e. mad cow disease) scare the crap out of me.
That looks great! I would eat it, and I love how he's such a foodie!
What really did it for me ( aside from the onions, and spice) was how excited he got just thinking about it.
That looks pretty goddamn awesome. Indian food continues to be the best.
Rodents of Unusual Size
I actually threw up in my mouth a little.
