I'm glad to see Yahtzee has come to love a game consisting of nothing but Quick Time Events.

Xenocide - 2009-09-23

Is Yahtzee honestly surprised that they're holding back tons of classic Beatles songs for either the sequel or DLC? There's only so many Beatles tunes out there, and I figure they've got two or three games worth of desirable content here, so when Beatles Rock Band 4 comes along you'll be jamming out to the unreleased German version of Please Please Me and the greatest cuts off George's answering machine.

IrishWhiskey - 2009-09-23

I'd rather have Rock Band's 45 Beatles songs, than Guitar Hero's 15 good, and 70 mediocre to terrible songs.

THA SUGAH RAIN - 2009-09-23

Wait, rockband and guitar hero are different games? Wuuuuutttt?!

Toenails - 2009-09-23

I'd rather masturbate in sync with Weird Al Yankovic's "Like a Surgeon"

THA SUGAH RAIN - 2009-09-23

If you listen closely at the end, Yahtzee becomes self aware.

CornOnTheCabre - 2009-09-23

i didn't really care for this one up until the end

Rock Band: Beastie Boys edition with three mics (& occasional instruments) would be fucking perfection. Imagine running through B-Boy Bouillabaisse as a final stage.

zatojones - 2009-09-24

Rock Band: Beck would be two turntables and a microphone and a beat up acoustic guitar so you could play his good albums

If Harmonix wants to go the DLC route with Beatles RB whatever, but it's still bullshit to charge for a game that's little more than an expansion and is clearly missing most of the Beatles major songs.
The 40-something song selection that's there is terrible from the perspective of gathering a solid, core catalog of titles that represent the Beatles, and the game IS set up like some sort of nostalgic trip down Beatles history. It doesn't even have Please Please Me which is the single that launched them worldwide.
