If you find yourself getting bored, skip about halfway in. There are lasers and gamelan junkyard percussion sounds and it is awesome.

The staging reminds me a lot of Robert Wilson who also did a number of stylized operas about intellectuals (Freud, Einstein...), and collaborated with pop musicians like David Byrne.

I suspect The Knife will be remembered as emblematic of this decade as the Talking Heads were of the early 80s. Silent Shout is easily my favorite album from the past ten years.
