One of the things I regard as a mark of my nascent adulthood is the realization that Hunter Thompson is just a guy who wrote some good stuff in the sixties and seventies.
if you can get up the courage to take down that bob marley poster and throw away your old copy of nevermind you will like totally be on the road to adulthood or something.

I didn't dig this movie like I thought I would. It's more of a "let's hurry up and suck this guy off before the body gets cold" kind of picture than a genuine documentary. There are better Thompson movies.
As huge Thompson aficionado, I thought Gonzo was great. Buy The Ticket seemed like the rushed together, cock-sucking one. And the dumb gravely narration by Nick Nolte didn't help.

This movie is pretty much crap. But three for Hunter.

This movie also isn't about the animation studio that produced Strike Witches.
Just in case anyone else makes that mistake.

It's like Transmetropolitan, but in olden times.
