The date on that muslim training video seems to indicate that it was filmed on Jan 28 2020. It is a rather balmy, green day in NY state in January, but what with global warming and all, it all makes sense. This, and the sinister techno music at the start of the clip lead me to the inevitable and irrefutable conclusion that muslim terrorists are in league with Cyberdyne Systems. Why I can not say, but I'm confident that some man in a basement will post an answer on youtube very soon.
