It's no Dracula's Castle.

This ad was on TV constantly when I was a little kid and I didn't realize that Brigantine wasn't a mysterious place in Eastern Europe until I was probably 12 or so.

My family had a beach house about two miles from the Brigantine Castle. I used to go the the arcade every fucking day all summer. For quarters, I would go get the actors hot dogs and sodas (they weren't allowed to walk out of the actual castle in their make up).

Surprisingly, the Castle was pretty awesome. Then again, I was eight.

The brief shot of that headless woman freaked the fuck out of me as a kid.

Also please add a "South Jersey" tag as the part of New Jersey Brigantine is in is way different than the part Newark is in.
