Nasty sensible children!

Damned if SPLINK isn't the most labored, horrible safety acronym I've ever heard.

"SPLINK!"

The face you start out with in the morning won't be the same face you end up with in the evening

I wish today's horror movies had even a fraction of the tension in even the first clip.

"England: where we send our children to play in trash heaps and all our waterways are clogged with rusted, derelict machinery!"

I guess being subjected to sustained bombing campaigns against major population centers kind of messes with your perception of what's fucked up and what isn't.
