He's also got Highlander Disease, meaning that he's been at every important historical event EVER.

APE_GOD - 2010-03-08

Like, it is going to be night for him forever because he is a vampire and immortal, and ALSO he is FOREVER going to be a 'knight', because he will never die and a police officer could be interpreted as a knight of the modern idiom!

i am paralyzed by the semantics!

C. Eloi Marx - 2010-03-08

Also, his name is Knight.

APE_GOD - 2010-03-08

oh sorry, stars for the take out of crime tag. not the video. Yawn.

dueserpenti - 2010-03-08

Nigel Bennet illustrates how vampirism slowly makes your head potato-shaped.

Maggot Brain - 2010-03-08

Can we put a Canada tag on this?

Midnight Man - 2010-03-09

It definitely needs a canada tag

socialist_hentai - 2010-03-08

Starring that guy who kinda looks like Roddy Piper.

Candlejackv616 - 2010-03-08

This show is like fan fiction come to life.

BHWW - 2010-03-08

This, like "Silk Stalkings" was originally part of CBS's ill-fated "Crimetime After Primetime" late night programming bloc, back before they snagged Letterman. It managed to survive, precisely because it appealed to the sort of audience that would write soppy fanfiction about this sort of show.

La Loco - 2010-03-08

Ok, so I know there are cops that work only the night shift but I would think that he would have had to go to the police academy during the day so this makes no sense. I can buy the vampire crime fighter part but being a vampire cop is too far a stretch.

Camonk - 2010-03-08

Yeah, the show's last episode was when he was transferred to the 4-12 shift.

dueserpenti - 2010-03-09

No, see, he never went to the police academy, he just faked cop credentials to get on the job ages ago and learned as he went. He always moves to a new city or a new precinct when people start to get suspicious. I watched this show every day when it was syndicated on Sci-Fi.

Riskbreaker - 2010-03-08

You know, this might be crap and what not, but i kind of miss those days. Late night tv actually had programs, movies, stuff. These days is just an endless stream of infomercials.

Nikon - 2010-03-09

I agree. Maybe it's just because I'm getting older, but it seems like a lot of stations just aren't trying anymore.

Creeps - 2010-03-09

I have fond memories of watching this with my mother, along with Friday the 13: The series. Oh, nostalgia.

cognitivedissonance - 2010-03-09

Oh shit, I need to find Kindred: The Embraced now.

Holy holy shit.

memedumpster - 2010-03-09

My favorite episode of this was the one where he was possessed by the Devil.

Meatsack Jones - 2010-03-09

In some awful, need-for-cheeze way, I watched the hell out of this when I was stuck on watch in the military back in the day.

Spike Jonez - 2010-03-11

I watched the hell out of this show. A few years back I thought I might be able to watch it for shits and giggles, but instead for the most part it raped my teenile memories of it. I thought it would be as bad as I remembered, but it was WAY worse.

The vampire guide dog episode is still my favorite, though.
