As a former christian, I learned that the whole system seems to hinge on personal guilt. Once you stop having personal guilt the religion fails to work its magic on you and in my opinion you have a better quality of life.

I'm guessing this is just their way of enjoying some catchy secular music without pissing off the imaginary deity they invented. I mean, come on... If it's so bad why are you guys even singing it?
