This entire speech reminded me of my basic public speaking class from college. Introduce self, tell what you're going to tell audience, tell why you're qualified to speak on the subject, body paragraphs with transitions, remind audience of what you told them, close with quote or rhetorical question.

Maybe he should go for a professorship at some christian community college once the whole court-martial and prison term thing is behind him.
