It looks like you need to be pretty healthy to do a couple of their dance moves, so I don't know what Butthead is talking about.

Five for B&B, but this video is a nice reference point for the original "emo."
What's funny is that the awful Sick of it All hates emo and whines about them during their shitty set when they open for a better band.
