Beyond the fatness, the fall, the curtain, the music cutting off, and the applause, there's also the fact that there were people going "WHOO!" while applauding.

I don't see why everyone has this strange feeling to qualify their reactions. When a person's dreams are crushed underneath the weight of their own ass, it's fucking funny.

As uplifting as it is to see someone succeed against all odds, there's a queasy feeling in my gut. It's either nacho salad or it's the fact that the world makes a little less sense. Her failure is in accordance with my expectations, and there's a petty satisfaction that comes with this.
