Orange County takes the crazy shit that the Midwest enjoys and then combines it with the self importance of Southern California in general, and then amplifies it with the magnifying glass of the self help movement, and pyramid schemes ran like the waters of ancient Babylon.
So it doesn't surprise me that shit like this is going on. Hell, we had a huge Neo Nazi movement within our area and it scared the shit out of me to know that the only kid who ever came out at my high school had both his legs broken by thugs in ski masks.
Oh and I think all religion is based on ridiculous garbage, but don't throw stones if you believe a magic man came to life after being dead for three days, looked totally different than he did before, but his friends totally recognized him as their friend that just died.
