I was wrong. Bieber hair does not make you an awful kid. This kid is ok by me.
You can click this video anywhere on the timeline while it is playing and the kid's rambling fits seamlessly with no seeming discontinuity of thought.
Kid growing up and learning how to do interesting presentations? Pretentious douchebag in the making? I have no idea. It was definitely a thing, though.
