In the preload image I thought it was a photoshop of a dog made to look like a crawfish, and not just a dog with a gigantic litter.

I like how he said stars can't form naturally, then preceded to describe how a star forms naturally.

I don't think this guy is trying to outright lie and be subversive, he's just curious and willfully ignorant.
