Normally, I'd question how they got so many different shots of the guy. Since this is the UK though, they probably have two CCTVs in this guy's toilet.
Notice in central London that they don't dispatch an armed response team and Taser him into submission, rather just watch.

Watching that flip over the stair rail made my stomach lurch. His head bent all the way back. If he hadn't been so drunk, he'd likely have gotten a spinal injury.

I fell down some stairs in exactly the same manner while being exactly as drunk. The result was a broken jaw.
I've seen people this drunk before. Never really witnessed London's CCTV in action though. Disgusting.
When I'm at the pearly gates this'll be on my videotape.
