Two kids in my welding class were screwing around with some scrap rebar today. They had this idea for experiment. I'm not sure exactly what they were trying to do but one of them said they wanted to see how much weight would effect how fast the rebar would drop The instructor had to explain to them all objects, regardless of mass, fall at the same rate. They went back to the torch to cut some metal. One of them said under their breath, "That's bullshit. Throw a watermelon and this off the roof and see which one falls first."
