From the comments on LiveLeak:
"Elemental bromine is a fuming red-brown liquid at room temperature, corrosive and toxic, with properties between those of chlorine and iodine. It has inhibitory effects on the central nervous system, and bromide salts were once a major medical sedative, before being replaced by shorter-acting drugs."
Apparently upwards of 50 people have been hospitalized in that town alone.
and yeah, that's fucked up.

Take note other POETV submitters - Oktay is a real professional with his title/descriptions; this clip had me expectant, bored, perplexed, bored again, quizzical and then utterly amazed. What a fantastic video this is.

Oktay - 2011-09-06 Well, I usually copy and paste, but this one made me a little mad. And speaking of bored, how about the people in the video? And then it turns out... well, I won't spoil the above link.
