Even if they did, gamers themselves do enough damage to gaming via the way they behave online. I could imagine some senator pulling out their ass random recordings of people over xboxlive or any other online service and that alone might be damning.

Granted it shouldn't represent how gaming influences people and how most gamers behave...but it sure as hell doesn't help the cause either.
